24 month warranty
At Klockson you always get 24 months warranty.
If the clock / product fails, you can return it and let our watchmakers / workshops do a harm analysis. If it's a material or workmanship error we will repair it for free.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Moisture and water damage (If your watch can not tolerate more than 10 ATM/100 meters).
- Damages, scratches or marks on the strap / bracelet or watch face.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or other thats not is material or factory errors.
- If damage is caused by other watchmakers / workshop.
- Damage to the glass.

90 day of right to return
Klockson follow The Distance Selling Act (”Distansavtalslagen”) (2005:59) and that means you have the full rights to return the item(s) within 14 days from recievement. Klockson.se have choosen to extend this period to 90 days of right to return. For a return shall be accepted following conditions must be met:
- The product have to be unused and come in original packaging.
- Any protective plastic or seal must be intact around / on the product.
- Any sealing the included accessories such as manual, warranty card, tools must be intact.
- Return by registered mail, for both parties security, and can't be made by Cash on delivery ("Postförskott").
- The customer pays for any return shipping and associated packaging.
Would you by any unforeseeable reason received an incorrect, damaged or faulty goods (other than what you ordered) Klockson provides shipping cost back to us. In this case, you have 14 days to notify Klockson from when you received the faulty product.
Fully insured and trackable shipping
When postal distributor received the product, a package ID is sent to the e-mail you indicated so that the item can be tracked via the distributor's website.
The goods are also fully insured until the product is handed over to the recipient.
